What kind of diet would be perfect to keep the liver healthy for a long time?

Good day!
*A balanced diet with plenty of fresh fruits, vegetables, animal protein with a fat– carbohydrate - protein ration of 30% - 50% - 20 % unless specific problems such as kidney disease that needs special diet.
*Drink lots of fluids such as water, fresh fruit and vegetable juices.
*Avoid excessive alcohol consumption.
*Eat foods that are rich in antioxidants such as fruits, vegetables, nuts, grains and some meat, poultry and fish.
*Beta-carotene is an antioxidant, found in many foods that are orange in color, including carrots, sweet potatoes, pumpkin, mangoes and apricots. Some green leafy vegetables such as spinach are also rich in beta carotene.
*Lycopene a potent antioxidant found in tomatoes, papaya, watermelon, guava, apricots, and oranges.
*Foods rich in vitamin A include liver, milk, sweet potatoes, carrots, mozzarella cheese, and egg yolks.
*Vitamin C can be found in abundance in cereals, poultry, fish and citrus fruits such as lemons and oranges.
*Vitamin E is found in almonds, in many oils including safflower, corn and soybean oils, and also found in mangoes, nuts, and broccoli.

Hi! Aside from eating well balanced meals and keeping physically fit, it is also important to avoid eating too much fatty and oily foods that are harmful to the liver due to excess protein and fats being stored. This causes someone to have a “fatty liver” and complications could arise because of this.
