Sexual Health

I am 19 years old and my testicles have not dropped. I am too embarrassed to see a doctor or tell anyone about it. I dont want this on my medical record. I am taking testosterone boosting drugs like tribulus terrestris and it is not doing anything at all. My voice had changed, I had my growth spurt, growing some facial hair, having wet dreams, grew pubic hair years ago, had acne for years. What should I do, considering the fact I am horrified to see a doctor. Could there be other serious problems connected to this( read another post about maybe a tumor being present). Is this even cureable???

My husband had a vasovasectomy 16 years ago in early 1994. We conceived 3 children after it was done. It has been 4 years since I have used any birth control (I am 47) and I haven't gotten pregnant. My FSH is normal and ovaries still are functioning. I am thinking that he is infertile at this point since no pregnancy has occured. Could my guess be right? He doesn't want to go get a sperm count. We wanted to have more children but have been unsuccesful, even on ovulation days, before and sligthtly after. Is it true that that window of opportunity is closed due to the reversal? Thank you !

My husband last year had TURP surgery for and enlarged prostate. Immediately after surgery he developed an overactive bladder due to trauma from the TURP surgery. Is this a normal occurrence? Medication did not work and he ended up having a bladder pacemaker implanted.

During sex with my girlfriend, my nose runs persistently. It's not like this before, nor immediately after we are done. What is causing this and how can I treat it? This is very embarassing as I am dripping all over her and can't stop it. I have had to stop and wipe/blow my nose throughout... It is very thin, clear and runny discharge...
