I have a resting pulse rate of 80 to 91, my diastolic is up into the 80's, I tried ToprolXL and felt horrible. Thought I was going to faint, cold hands, nasea. Is there anyway to lower pulse rate naturally. I don't know what to do.	1 Replies

I would like to know as to what happens to make the heart have a rapid heart beat. I suffer from Rhumatoid Arthritis, Sleep Apnea, High Choletrol, but I have alot of energy. I do take suppliments other then wht is prescribed to me.	1 Replies

My wife had two trips to the emergency room in mid March. . feeling lightheaded, bit dizzy, and "clammy." Nothing noteworthy found but the episodes are still continuing(about 3 times in last week)and last about an hour. They are very "scary" making her afraid when I leave for a few hours. Her doctors have offered no real plan(or changes in medication) . . other than assurance that the matter is probably not serious. We have noted that her blood pressure has been varying from roughtly 100/60. . all the way to 190/100 during an episode. Her normal up until March 2010 was more like 125/80. She has been taking Arimidex, Losartan, Pravastatin along w/some supplements like CoQ10. . but we have cut out the CoQ10 and Pravastatin as of 4/21? Any suggestions?	1 Replies
