I've been getting horribly nauseous every afternoon/late evening for 3 weeks or so now. No chance I'm pregnant. Any idea on a cause?

I suffer from severe thoracic back pain. I started going to a pain doctor a month ago. I can feel he does not listen or help me at all. Instead of addressing the affected pain areas, he is doing facet injections on my lumbar spine. I told him twice this is not where I was hurt. I want to find a new doctor but I am afraid to ask him to refer me. Do you have any suggestions?
