I was interested in getting several dome shaped moles on my face removed. They are benign, but affect my esteem. I don't want to go under the knife for scarring reasons. How succesfull is a laser treatment. What type of laser should I look for. Do you know of any Docs. in Northern New Jersey, NYC area that perform laser mole removal. Thank You...

For the past 6 months or so I've had reoccurring fluid build up in my chin area. I thought it might be due to a clogged hair folicles at first, but it reoccurs so I'm thinking a cyst or boil? Stangely, I asked my General doctor about it recently and he felt nothing, which shocked me. it feels so fluid filled to me but not to anyone else who I'm constantly asking "don't you feel this?" Could I just be the version of a dermatologists hypo-condreact? What's worse is I constantly make it worse myself by attempting drainage. (I know I should just warm soak). Question: if I see a dermatologist will he/she be able to determine a cyst or something even if it's not "flared up" at the time? I'd really appreciate any imput you have to offer. Thank you.

I have a scar on my elbow and one on my knee that occasionally turn red and raise. What causes this? They are not that way all the time.

What is the best way to remove small moles on my face? They are flat moles and I was wondering if a skin peel or laser would work?? Or is there another way?

I am a 46-year-old female with regular periods all my life. I have never been pregnant. I was married in the 1980s and had infertility testing done. The doctor was unable to find any problems. I did not seek further treatment. I have had several partners in my life and the only time I used contraceptives was for 6 months in 1976. It was Ovral. Now at 46, I am wondering if I could take a fertility drug and obtain donor sperm to try to get pregnant. What do you think and/or recommend?

A couple of months ago I had a real bad reaction to some makeup. I broke out with really bad acne. The acne has cleared, but some scars were left. What would you recommend to have these scars removed?

I have a tattoo on my shoulderblade, and would like to have it removed. I am most interested in the method of salabrasion. Can you tell me exactly how it works and what would take palce during the procedure, and do surgeons use this method anymore?.

I was told about a year ago that I had PCOS, but I just blew it off. Now My husband and I are trying to get pregnant but can't. What doctor should I got to, Or what should I do. I am really scared because I have all of the symptoms of PCOS. Should I see a gynocologist or a fertility doctor? Please help me

I am 37 weeks pregnant & have been taking lorcet plus (narcotic) the entire pregnancy. I have been going to all my prenatal visits & I have never told my doctor about taking this medication. I guess I just expected them to find it in the blood work, but they have never mentioned it. So far my pregnancy has been normal with no other problems. My ultrasound & other tests have come back normal. Now I'm getting worried about my baby being addicted at birth, among other things. I've tried to stop using on my own, but I haven't been able to. I really want to tell my doctor, but I am so scared. How will he react? What will he do? Can I get in trouble? Can he tell anyone else? Will it be kept private? What would be the best way to go about telling him? I'm embarrassed, but I know I have to tell him fo my baby's sake. This medication isn't prescribed to me. If you could help me, I would appreciate it so much! Thank you!

Doctor, I am a 35yr old male with a severly receeding chin/lower jaw. This not only looks terrible, but I'm told it probably causes my severe snoring. Can this be corrected by surgery, is it safe procedure, are there risks, do I have to get my teeth realigned first, if I get the procedure would there be scarring?

Hi, I was wondering with high FSH levels of 15 and 17 if I could still become pregnant on my own? I've gone to an RE for months without any success doing clomid, injectables, iui's. I'm doing acupunture and herbs at the moment and feel so much better with this treatment than with the drugs. My insurance dosen't cover any infertility so I'm not able to go to the RE anymore. Is it at all possible I could become pregnant without invasive treatments? I have a two year old son that I had no problems conceiving. Thanks for your response!
